We live in a wonderful world, the beauty of creation declares YHVH’s existence. You can’t study the detail of any created being or plant without realizing that there is a Designer of it all. It can’t just happen by change. YHVH created every intricate detail of existence. He designed it meticulously and we have yet to discover many facets of it. Modern science has touched the tip of it, but cannot claim they know or have discovered all there is to know. YHVH is in control of all this, and He has a plan, He knows the end from the beginning. Nothing is random or chaos.

Unity…how not to achieve it

We have learned in the previous article what unity is and learned from Paul on how unity could be attained. However, some in the Messianic community, are teaching that unity can only be achieved through the same doctrine. They use manipulative techniques to get believers to compromise on their beliefs in order to go with the stream, in this case with Judah. Believers are taught that following them in this is a sign of maturity and don’t we want to be seen to be mature?

What does the Bible teach us about meditation?

Many people in our overstressed, health-conscious society are discovering yoga and meditation as a way of relaxation and a means to good health. Meditation is also done by those who practice kabbalah as part of their religious beliefs. We touched briefly on this in the previous article. This study prompted us to look deeper into this topic as more believers are also practicing meditation either for health reasons or in their search of spirituality. The question is, is it acceptable for Torah-observant believers in Y’shua to practice yoga and meditation?
