  • A spiritual priesthood?

    A spiritual priesthood?

The truth of YHVH’s word is like fire, it purifies. It also burns, which may bring pain. Truth can bring pain when it exposes deception. I will rather face the pain truth brings now, than to face the wrath of YHVH’s judgment which is a consuming fire. YHVH’s word is also like balm, it will bring healing. And they lived happily ever after…

Lots of instruction on marriage can be found in scripture. In this article, we will look a bit deeper into what marriage is. There are certain aspects about marriage that make this union unique.

  • The Power of a Blessing and a Curse

The Power of a Blessing and a Curse

Blessings and curses are a reality in Scripture, but also in our lives. We don’t always realize it, because we are so far removed from YHVH’s ways. In some circles, blessings and curses are regarded as words having intrinsic power or magic. We don’t see it as magic, but if you read Scripture, you will see that blessings and curses are powerful. In this article and the next, we will learn why this is so. We will first look at blessings and curses from YHVH’s perspective and also from the perspective of us as believers and how we are affected by these blessings and curses even in our day.
