We have written two previous articles about judging others. From scripture, we know that you can judge righteously or unrighteously. In this article, we want to focus on the effect of unrighteous judgment on ourselves. We want to show you how we put ourselves in prison when we judge others in a sinful way. We will not go into what righteous judgment is, but being the complete opposite, you will know the difference after reading this.

Abundance is defined as a quantity considerably more than what one would expect or anticipate, beyond the norm2. Does this definition of abundance describe your life? Not only material things, but every aspect of your life: your relationships, health, your mental state, and most importantly your spiritual life. How would you describe your relationship with YHVH? Can you say you have a deep, intimate relationship with your Creator, Him fulfilling your every need? Do you hear His voice? Does He guide you in all your ways? If you were to describe your life metaphorically with either the word blessing or curse, what would it be?
All these questions are meant to prompt you to evaluate your life. How did you do?
Did you know that it is YHVH’s plan for us to live life abundantly?
We become holy or set apart by the process of sanctification. YHVH wants us to be set apart people for Him. Sanctification is the process of removing everything that causes separation between us and YHVH. The process of sanctification started for us with obedience to His Word. As we learned how YHVH wanted us to live, we left behind the ways of the world and followed His way. We repented of our lawlessness and became more sanctified. this is an ongoing process, it is a journey. There is, however, more to the process of sanctification. I know this since I have experienced this, I felt that something was holding me back spiritually and I didn’t know what it was. I found the answer in getting free from the captivity caused by the iniquity of my forefathers. This is also a part of this sanctification process and many people don’t realize they they are being held captive.
Are you entangled by unrighteous ties? Are you being held back by invisible cords? It is possible that we are kept from fulfilling our purpose due to ties that hold us back. In our previos article we looked at marriage and our relationship with YHVH. In this article, we will learn about other relationships and its impact on us. We will be looking at both the positive and negative impact of relationships, but also at how relationships are part of YHVH’s design for us. A relationship can be a blessing or a snare and we are to be responsible in our dealings with people, both physical and spiritual.
