The truth of YHVH’s word is like fire, it purifies. It also burns, which may bring pain. Truth can bring pain when it exposes deception. I will rather face the pain truth brings now, than to face the wrath of YHVH’s judgment which is a consuming fire. YHVH’s word is also like balm, it will bring healing. This article may bring pain, for most of us will have to repent of this deception, but it will also bring healing, bringing us closer to YHVH. May YHVH open your heart and eyes to His truth and guide you with His Spirit.

This is the second part of our study on how to identify a false prophet. We have determined before that it is our responsibility to ensure that we are not deceived. Some of the Scripture quoted in this article is bound to offend some, but if we are offended by Scripture, we need to do some searching.
We are living in a time where lawlessness is increasing, YHVH’s law is being replaced with man’s law more and more. These are the signs of the times we live in. Many false prophets will arise and there will be a great falling away before the end comes. Y’shua called us to action: He warned “see to it that you are not deceived!” This article is meant to help you identify false prophets and teachers in order for you to heed His warning.
We have learned from the three previous studies, who changed the fourth commandment, why we should keep it, and how to keep it. The big question is: what did Y’shua and His apostles do? We shall now study the Apostolic Scriptures to see what Y’shua did and taught. He is our Master, and we are His disciples. We are, as believers in Him, formed into His likeness when we believe in Him and are obedient to Him.
