Y’Shua is YHVH
When people realize that the Tanakh is still valid in our lives today, they very often start to struggle with the concept of “YHVH echad.†What most people do not realize is that physical manifestations of YHVH also happened in the Tanakh. Y’Shua is however far more than just a physical manifestation as His name already indicates. Can we believe in the divinity of Y’Shua and still hold on to the Shema?

What is Sanctification and why we need it?
We have come to realize that the topic of sanctification is probably one of the most overlooked topics in the believing community. There is a lot of focus on salvation and very little emphasis on sanctification. This is most likely caused by the incorrect assumption that salvation fixes everything in our lives. Salvation is foundational, but there is more to a set apart life. It is both the start and the destination of our journey, but there is a need for sanctification in between. This is the reason for this article. We want to show you that after we choose to believe in Y’shua, we still need to work on becoming set apart to Him through the process of sanctification.

The Remnant
When we study Bible prophecy, we find many references to a remnant. We often read about YHVH’s judgement and how a remnant remains. It is prophesied that there will be a future judgment and that a remant will remain. Everybody wants to be part of that remnant. We want to be part of the group that survive YHVH’s judgment. The question is who is this remnant and what does it entail to be part of the remant? Is it something we would want to be part of and if yes, how?

Cleaning out the leaven…being prepared
In a few weeks time we will be celebrating the Passover , the feast of First Fruit and the Feast of Unleavened bread. It is time to start preparing our homes and our hearts for this time. We prepare by removing leaven from our homes, both physical and spiritual. You may think that we still have plenty of time to do this, but you also know how time flies and how busy we all are. We always think there is plenty of time left, spiritually as well, but is this true? Our lives are not our own, and can be cut short at any time. Will you be ready when that happens, will I? Have you considered this, or do you move these kind of thoughts quickly to the back of your mind, not wanting to think about it? We should not do this, but instead ponder this and make sure we are adequately prepared. Leaven can’t remove itself and just as we prepare for this feast, by removing all leaven from our homes, we are to make sure we are spiritually prepared too.

To have hope …
Hope is one of the finest responses of which the human spirit is capable. It has kept people alive and buoyant when the conditions of life were almost unbearable. Hopelessness on the other hand is defined as despair or desperation, having no expectation of good, incapable of improvement or not susceptible to remedy. We all experience hopelessness to a certain degree from time to time. The question is how do we deal with this? How do we get to the point of change or out of that endless pit?

Y’shua in Prophecy – Part 2 -The Sign of Jonah
Do you know the full extent of what is meant by the sign of Jonah? When Y’shua was asked for a sign by the Pharisees, He said that no sign shall be given them except the sign of Jonah. We have always believed that the sign of Jonah is only referring to the time Y’shua would be in the earth after His death, three days and three nights. This is an important part; however, we have learned that there is so much more to the sign of Jonah. We shall start off by sharing the scriptures that refer to the sign of Jonah and then go to the book of Jonah to share with you why we say there is more to this.
